These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the General Store-All website (“Site”) and any online services or forms provided through the Site, including reservation requests, inquiries, and newsletter signups (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by General Store-All / General Store-All Mini Storage (“Store-All,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. What these Terms cover
These Terms cover:
- Your access to and use of the Site
- Submitting forms (contact, reservation request, quote request)
- Any communications you receive from us through the Site
- Content on the Site (pricing, unit information, FAQs, blog posts, images, and branding)
Important: These Terms are not the same as your storage rental agreement. If you rent a storage unit, you will be required to sign or accept a separate rental agreement with additional terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Reservations, inquiries, and “no guarantee” of availability
When you submit a reservation request or inquiry through the Site:
- You are requesting availability, not completing a guaranteed booking
- Unit availability may change based on current occupancy and timing
- We may contact you to confirm details (unit size, move-in date, access needs, and contact information)
Reservation requests are not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from us.
5. Pricing and information accuracy
We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but:
- Prices, unit dimensions, promotions, and availability may change
- Certain rates may vary by unit type, floor, access features, or availability
- Images and examples on the Site may not represent every unit
If there is a conflict between the Site and information provided by our team or in your rental agreement, the rental agreement and confirmed pricing will apply.
6. User responsibilities (what you agree to)
When using the Site and Services, you agree:
- To provide accurate and complete information in forms
- Not to impersonate others or submit false information
- Not to use the Site for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Not to attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the Site
- Not to upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe the Site is being used in a harmful or abusive way.
7. Prohibited and restricted items (general guidance)
The Site may describe what customers commonly store, but prohibited items are governed by safety rules and your rental agreement.
Generally, you agree not to store:
- Illegal goods, stolen property, or contraband
- Hazardous, flammable, explosive, or toxic materials
- Perishable goods, food, or items that may attract pests
- Living things (including animals)
- Anything that creates strong odours, leaks, or risk to the facility or others
If you are unsure whether something is allowed, contact us before move-in. Final permitted items are defined by your rental agreement and facility rules.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site may include third-party links or services (for example, embedded maps, analytics, or social media links). We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, security, or policies.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and layouts, is owned by Store-All or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or modify Site content for commercial use
- Use our trademarks, branding, or logos without written permission
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Communications
By submitting forms on the Site, you consent to receive communications from us related to your inquiry or reservation request (such as confirmations, follow-ups, and questions needed to process your request).
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you may receive marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
12. Disclaimer (Site provided “as is”)
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access to the Site
- That the Site will be error-free
- That content will always be current or complete
- That the Site will meet your expectations for a particular purpose
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site at any time.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Store-All is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site
- Store-All’s total liability for Site-related claims is limited to the amount you paid to use the Site (if any). If no amount was paid, liability is limited to CAD $100 or the minimum required by law
This limitation applies even if we were advised that damages were possible.
Note: These Terms govern the website only. Liability related to the physical storage facility and rental is covered in your storage rental agreement.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Store-All, its staff, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the Site
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes related to the Site will be brought in the courts located in British Columbia.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
